Croeso i Fand Pres (Melin Gruffydd) Dinas Caerdydd. Rydym yn sefydliad unigryw yn y byd bandiau pres yng Nghymru gyda phump o fandiau gwahanol yn ninas fywiog a phrydferth Caerdydd.<\/p>\n

Rydym yn sefydliad cyfeillgar a gweithgar a\u2019n nod yw dod ynghyd i chwarae cerddoriaeth, gwneud ffrindiau am oes a helpu i gadw byd y bandiau pres yn fyw yng Nghymru. Mae ein sefydliad yn cynnwys band i ddechreuwyr (M4), band ieuenctid (M3), band datblygu trydedd adran (M2), band adran pencampwriaeth (M1) ac yn olaf ond nid y lleiaf band cymunedol nad yw\u2019n cystadlu (Band Pres Cymunedol).<\/p>\n

The band has a long history of music making stretching back to the 18th<\/sup> century from its beginnings as a fife and drum band through the 19th<\/sup> and 20th<\/sup> century as a brass band linked to the Melingriffith tinplate works.<\/p>\n

Nowadays we enjoy bringing the wonderful brass band sound to communities across Cardiff and further afield, as well as providing opportunities to make music for people of all abilities and ages, with members from 7 to 82.\u00a0 The highlight of our year is our annual Gala Concert which showcases performances from all of our bands.<\/p>\n
